I think your blinders are getting in the way again. He's trying to properly

and permanently force Congress to fix the problem. And offering up very reasonable solutions. I applaud him for that.

Did the blame lie on Obama before he started DACA by EO for putting those folks at risk up until then? Of for not having properly fixed it via Congress when he controlled both houses?

What counts is results. And the result could've been 1.8M with a path to citizenship and steps to prevent some of the next 1.8M. And the Dems turned it down.
