Not even sure a Nazi dictator like Trump would try to pack the SCOTUS

in this climate. Any attempt to do so would be at massive political cost and would probably be overturned by the current court, 9-0 with 9 separate opinions. Perhaps Congress can do it with a strict reading of the Constitution,, but there is one more thing you might not know about the SCOTUS... it does not need a legal basis for a decision, it can, and often has, devine one from whole cloth.
