Citizens questioning their leadership is a cornerstone of American democracy. And yesterday, the only person who brought up the legitimacy of the Trump admin was...Trump. He was asked about the Russian meddling indicated by his own intel apparatus, and he jumped to "NO COLLUSION!!!" And then expressed doubt about American intel, the FBI, and certain American citizens, while praising Putin, who we tend to think is guilty of a thing or two.

And the long and short was the pres of the US expressed much more faith and loyalty in our greatest adversary on the world stage (or one of them) than to our own allies, intelligence, and law enforcement infrastructure. That is leaps and bounds from American citizens questioning their leadership, which is, you know, arguably the most important thing that sets us apart from the Russias of the world.
