either.
Unless you're going to argue his entire presidency of unpredictability, hostility towards allies, unhinged tweet storms are all being directed by Putin. Because THOSE things ARE straining our NATO relationships and THAT does benefit Putin. But Trump's very existence from the beginning of his political career back during the primaries has been consistent with his presidency, so I find it hard to believe that the sum total of the shit show that is the Trump presidency is the result of Putin "having something on him".
