General question on sex scandals for politicians. The only valid

criticism I ever heard for the Bill Clinton scandal was obstruction of justice, which was technically correct, but at the end of the day, why are we investigating his private affairs. However, one real problem with Clinton could be that he then became a blackmail risk, say if some lobbyist or foreign government held that secret over his head (though I never heard this argument made, even once).

So with Presidents and Congress and all people privy to secret info, should having a secret affair be cause to lose your security clearance? If so, I bet that 30% of Congress and intelligence people would lose their clearances. I have a friend (sort of) who has been sleeping around, plus we've heard some other sketchy stuff. I could see him being compromised.

At what point should we draw the line? Trump is the latest example, but he is hardly the only one with this problem.
