That is much closer to the truth but trump's role in this, from his


birther days rhetoric, to his campaign rhetoric to his immigration rhetoric and policies, to his international relations rhetoric and policies, to his constant attacks on the media and the FBI and the judicial system, Congress etc - EVERY INSTITUTION THAT CAN HOLD HIM PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE - can not be under estimated, especially since everything he says is anchored by lies. HE is the one who EVERYDAY is attacking someone, and encouraging bad behavior, and dividing the country.
