I've read up on the subject and seen several investigative shows. The only


solution is for people to be completely removed from these areas. FEMA gets a lot of push back from local authorities when they go to update maps. The general federal flood insurance is a joke. Billions of dollars spent rebuilding homes that flood over and over without addressing the underlying problems. Im down with programs that buy back areas that flood. As such, I voted no.
