I'm aware of (certainly in the modern era) has divested himself of any business interests he had while in office to avoid the types of conflicts of interest hool is talking about. As for emoluments, WADR I don't get the sense you have even read what the clause says. You certainly don't anything close to a grasp of what it addresses.

I tried to explain it yesterday, but I would have better luck explaining it to the plant at the end of my desk than some of you clowns -- who show time and again you're only interested in grasping something you can try and misconstrue as an overstatement so you can spam the board with it like the fucking TROLL you have become!

Dude, really. If you want to have an intelligent conversation that can be arranged. But you have to be a willing and able participant.
