Yeah I'm thinking after 20+ yrs here, there might need to be some


accommodations made. Of course, this only allows for the deportation of those convicted of serious crimes and having had removal ordered by an immigration judge, so forgive me if I don't shed but so many tears for that small subset. So in other words, no longer protected from removal just like most refugees and actual immigrants that commit serious crimes.

“We have 5,000 convicted criminal aliens from Vietnam with final orders of removal—these are non-citizens who during previous administrations were arrested, convicted, and ultimately ordered removed by a federal immigration judge. It’s a priority of this administration to remove criminal aliens to their home country.”

But hey, if it helps you "get Trump" to defend such people, go for it.
