Not necessarily talking about banning the games, but to your question, no.

No, I fundamentally believe there is much greater danger banning speech, even hateful vile speech, than letting idiots speak freely.

Again, not necessarily talking about banning such game - just thinking through the difference between violence in the media generally (movies, tv, news, etc) and the virtual reality, simulation almost training aspect that are video games, especially the first person shooter games. Human minds are supple and young minds are so very supple.
