Thanks for asking, Dad's don't need much excuse to brag. We had him in

at the local community college. Wake Tech has a program modeled after Johnson & Wales in Charlotte. They even send them to Paris for six weeks. Incredible school, but unfortunately my son never kept it up. He started as a dishwasher at 15. In his early 20s, he was flipping pizzas. But he got hired at Tupelo Honey here. He opened a store for them in Buckhead, then was at Poseidon in HHI. Now he is back here, but I bragged when I said he was chef. He is the sous chef. He did do all the hiring, 50 kitchen and 100 front.

Incredible cook. Just turned 30. He has three beautiful kids.
