And nowhere have I seen where it suggests we should count those without a
legal right to be here in apportioning representation. At no time have I suggested that legal immigrants shouldn't be considered for that, and that is what you're saying about the "hordes of non-citizens". I agree they and all legal immigrants should be counted for determining Congressional representation.
But hey, if the Dems want to go before voters and argue 11M or whatever illegals should get the same Congressional representation (and Fed $ allocation) as 11M citizens and legal residents, knock yourselves out. I don't think it will end well for them, but go for it.
