That discussion I thought you had come to agree that the numbers you were quoting were not proving that the tax cuts either increased the deficit or decreased the deficit .

Personally I believe that even at best because of the lag factor the tax cuts increased the deficit’s in the period measured, And I am skeptical that they will ever do anything but that.
