The big problem is that we will have absolutely nothing

at our disposal to mitigate the impact of the next downturn. more spending? lower takes? lower interest rates? sorry, theDonald and Mitch have already cashed in those chips. during an expansion no less. it will be a generation before the Republicans can claim the high ground on that front again. smh.

all that said, we needed reform on the corporate side.
