Here's the issue for Sondlund: he is testifying before Amb. Taylor.


Taylor could contradict his statements and put him under serious perjury exposure. Furthermore, there are documents the State Dept. are refusing to give to Congress. If the Courts rule against the State Dept., that could also present major problems for Sondland. I doubt he wants to go to jail.

If I was Sondland, I'd tell the truth. That said, he could probably make a decent argument that he did not know Trump's intent. However, Giuliani could be thrown under the bus. Remember, Giuliani is Trump's fixer. His intent will be tough to deny ... AND who knows what Parnas and Fruman say about him. Also, dont be surprised if Giuliani was under surveillance.
