Depends how you think about the Wall emergency.

That's the pres usurping Congressional appropriation authority. That could be an option for all kinds of domestic initiatives of the future, and I could see a populist like Liz attempting that route.

That could turn out to be one of the more troubling legacies of a Trump presidency. If it's one term. If an impeached and acquitted Trump gets a second term, that might be the least of it. I hope the dems know what they're doing, because the stakes are high and getting higher.
