No, I was mkaing no value judgement. Hooda is trying

to make a point that the tax cust have themselves generated increased revenue. the evidence is just not clear for that. One would EXPECT tax revenue to grow at least at the same pace as GDP growth. It looks like the last 2 years maybe it has exceeded GDP rate slightly, so that might be an indication.
