As usual, here's the rest of the story


The ordinance, under the section for “weapons,” also says snowballs cannot be thrown “at, in or into any building, street, sidewalk, alley, highway, park, playground or other public place within the city.”

Want to have your neighborhood snowball fight in your back yard? Have at it. I don't know about you, but I don't want to get hit by a snowball thrown by some brat kid as I walk out of church or down the street.
