is not supported by facts in this report. I am not surprised by Graham saying it says something it does not.

What the report does question is the certainty of some of the information and sources. As I stated in a previous post, in some cases Steele would state something as "fact" that a source would say was their own logical conclusion.

So, if you want to hang your hat on a lack of complete certainty - go ahead. However, if you read the report you will see that the dossier, the sources and sub-source to it, and others sources beyond it, all came to very similar conclusions regarding our current president. Long-term relationships between orange campaign and Russian Intel, incriminating behaviors of orange that make him susceptible to blackmail, and even conspiring in campaign interference.

Recall on that last one Mueller relied upon predominantly two facts in orange's favor. 1 - He and "The Family" were rookies, so their intentions could questioned. 2 - He is a sitting president and can't be convicted.
