Didn't I just link polling data that suggests Americans are more open to a

Muslim or Atheist president than someone whose ideology meets Bernie's self-described ideology? I get that you're a full-on Bernie Bro, but I fear you're delusional.

If you want to look at polling data, please do look at it. Like I said, the data we have shows Biden and any other Dem not named Elizabeth Warren doing better than Bernie (or in some instances roughly the same) head-to-head in just about every state that matters. It shows Biden (who is concededly terrible) ahead by a comfortable margin, but Bernie about breaking even or even losing in the following:

-PA
-VA
-WI
-FL

I don't see any states where Sanders actually polls better or looks comfortable to win. And any Dem who loses those states loses the election.

That is before Trump has gone on a months-long assault of Bernie's socialist platform and called him a socialist ten million or so times (or just quoted him calling himself that). Just based on little more than inclination to vote against Trump.

The economy is good. Running some kind of silly revolution platform that threatens to upend it is just plain idiotic in my view. But if he is the nominee, I sure hope you're right and I'm wrong. And that is always possible.
