Back to the point, I’m going on all the available polling data, including the recent polls. The trends have been pretty consistent over the last few months and say exactly what I said they do. Most Dems do about the same, but they indicate Bernie seems to have a lower ceiling and more vulnerability in important states than others, most notably Biden. You seem to want to cherry pick every poll that tells a positive story for Bernie and ignore everything else for some reason. That isn’t consistent with reality. Yes, you can find recent polls that show him winning Florida and Wisconsin but others that show him losing badly. The averages are not encouraging given that Trump has not even started campaigning against him yet.

I have been tracking this closely and have seen Bernie pull ahead in national polls and in blue states like CA a bit, but not where it counts. And that brings us to the 300 lbs gorilla in the room: Bernie’s “revolution” vs Trump’s economy. I think Trump wins that fight, and the pollimg data I shared shows that the key tenet of his platform is the single most toxic label in American politics. Never mind that a significant number of DEMS (and a lot of independents, if not most) think he’s nuts.

Whistle past the graveyard at your own peril. I see nothing that tells me he is well positioned to win this election. A lot that tells me he will lose.

Now your turn. What are these signs that show Bernie beating Trump? You seem very quick to dismiss everything that says he wont and keep asking for more evidence: now lets hear your surely well reasoned and factually supported positions.
