Yes I saw your claim below after that post. So a few obvious questions leap

to mind. Do you happen to have a link to support your claim? Does it explain how Kennedy building funding has anything at all to do with the Coronavirus crisis? Does this funding extension beyond the end of the fiscal year cover all Govco expenditures, and if not why does the Kennedy Center deserve this special treatment?

Of course, we could also go into a discussion on why the Kennedy Center is getting any Govco funding ever, but that can be a discussion for another day.
