Yes I read that article, I was responding to the Hokies header. Other than the fact it does specifically mentioned essential personnel, and I didn’t, there’s no discrepancy between that article and from what I can see what the bill says and what I said. When I posted about keeping the lights on and maintaining the building I certainly meant essential personnel.My understanding is that all personnel associated with planning, preparing for, running, and closing down productions have already been laid off. Could be wrong about that but I read that elsewhere
