Yes they reported it and there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s a rare example

Of Congress actually thinking ahead and realizing the fiscal year end is going to hit very likely before they can reconvene for next year’s appropriations. So they just continued what they’re already spending, probably with some addition to pay for cleaning federal buildings etc.
