I agree that Trump as a mouthpiece is less than awe inspiring. He is
challenged with calming a nervous populace while trying to maintain some effective response to an unprecedented event. The health systems he is working with are effectively the same from previous admins. Do you think this being an election year impacts all the outrage we are seeing on all fronts? Of course it does. DT doesn't create policy on his own, no president has. He has to rely on others with vast knowledge of the problems we're facing and then decide what's best for the country. I don't doubt there have been missteps but the whole world has been blindsided and literally no one is immune. We're Americans, we know how to do the hard stuff and we will do it here. I don't care what comes out of DT's press conferences. I care about the actions that get us out of this. If you want to try and derail the president's re-election, be my guest. Sounds a little cliche, but actions will speak louder than words.
