Personality/intelligence/mental illness tests are all out there. Run profiles on these guys and weed out those disposed to the need to bully and oppress others. Then further don’t be afraid to cull the herd of those with a thick file of complaints and disciplinary action. The bro culture has to be broken down. Then, constant training. You are hired to serve and protect. If you can’t figure out how to do that and are better suited to belittling,harassing and bullying get counseled out to find another of work like the Army.
