Ah, I see it.
You said 'raised by single mothers.' That chart says 'births to unwed mothers,' NOT raised by a single parent.. The data I linked is single-parent households. A decent number of kids born to unwed mothers have a father or father figure in the home despite there not being a marriage contract in play at time of birth. You may claim little it's but a quibble, but there is a definite a difference between those things. And, yes, there is also a significant difference between 67% and 75%, even if neither number is at all positive.
