That's just it. No matter how much of a Biden landslide there is,

Trump, the RNC, and Trump's Fixer General + DOJ, along with the hew and cry of Trumpistan could precipitate investigations re election interference and tie things up, even in court, delaying things until the magic 12/14 date,like in 2000, after which, all bets are off, only this time, the SC kicks it to the House.
