Then don't run for President. Then don't say you will release them

Then have your people ready to address them. Then get ahead of the story.

Sorry, but I don't see having a complicated financial situation as an excuse to dispense with tradition, to not play by the rules. I'm not accepting the 'it's inconvenient' or 'it's unfair' excuse, not in 2020.

Here is one thing I will say. If he releases them this year (he won't), it will be a hell of a lot worse than it would have been in 2016. We the people should hold him accountable for his wanton lack of transparency v the others. I'm guessing the untangling the Bush family financials would be complicated as well. Unfortunately for theDonald - Sleepy Joe's story is probably the most straight-forward.

The more I think about it, maybe he should push this issue on the campaign trail. One more reminder for voters with a moral compass that our President doesn't have one.
