The deaths/million is what is referred to. Our rate is not...

...affected by Trump's decisions re shutdowns, etc. And when we look at the the rest of the world we see that UK, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and France have higher mortality rates than we do. Other westernized democracies are better. Does not seem Trump related so the study seems to line up with that. If not for some disastrous nursing home decisions by Governors we would be better. Look, it's easy to blame Orange Man for everything bad under the sun but sometimes it's not related to whether he woke up that day and tweeted. Plenty of other legitimate complaints...here is one...

Trump recently backed wearing a mask when social distancing not possible. Even called it patriotic. His huge missed opportunity was not doing this early on and he could have even promoted a mask with a flag on it to drive home the point. Get the DNC and RNC to endorse it and pump them out.
