strict testing and tracing (it can be a bit intrusive, but proved necessary in a pandemic) ... and then closing all the schools while keeping the economy open. They also wore masks. For an over populated country that does a lot of overseas business with China, their results were quite impressive. Finally, they forced a religious leader to apologize on national TV when his crowded services became the center for a super spreader and almost spurred an outbreak.
While I want the schools to reopen, I've heard numerous prominent epidemiologists say schools are the greatest petri dish known to society. Hence, we need a detailed plan with strict protocols to reopen the schools. Do we have one?
