I'm not advocating this, but what are the rules for impeaching a Judge?

As in any federal justice, or even a supreme court justice?

We learned with Trump's impeachment that even though I think he committed an impeachable offense, in reality you can impeach a president simply because you don't like the tie he chose to wear that day.

So what's the standard for impeaching a judge / justice? Does there have to be a crime, or could it simply be because you don't like their philosophy?

And is the barrier to remove them 67 votes, like with the president, or is it lower? And if it is 67, then is that in the constitution, or just senate rules that could be changed with a majority vote of the senate?

In other words, how creative COULD the dems get around judges if they REALLY wanted to? Presuming that, yes, they win control of the Senate.
