To be blunt, the Senate has too much power and too little accountability


Set the number of judges to prevent packing. Set the removal process (though its probably already set). Give the Senate 30 days to reject a nomination with 3/5 of the Senate; otherwise the nomination stands.

Tinker with the details; maybe you only get 10 years without 2/3 of the the Senate approving.

The current system is broken and Biden will, if give the chance, stack the deck. If he doesn't, certainly someone else will ... because they can.
