Unless that was a rhetorical question, here are my answers:

And as a conservative and Trump supporter, these policies are crystal clear. You may not like them, but they are clear policies, most of which have already been implemented.

-- Tax reform and lower taxes (done, and hopefully we'll get more)
-- Constitutionalist judges (done and will continue if the R's hold the Senate)
-- Strong military, but avoid foreign entanglements (done)
-- Law and order (done, but more to come post-election)
-- Reduce regulatory burdens (done, more to come)
-- Ignore climate change bullshit (for always and forever)
-- Energy independence (done)
-- STRONG 2nd Amendment defense (done and will continue)
-- America First diplomacy (done and will continue)
-- Renegotiating unfair trade and other deals or just withdrawing from them (done)
-- Rein in China (some progress -- this will probably be a century-long problem for Presidents of both parties to manage)
-- Blow up the biased, corrupt mainstream media (just an ongoing hobby of his). Social media monopolies are next.

COVID: He's already done more than he should have with respect to COVID, IMO, and will likely ignore it post-election (as will the Dems and media, as much of the COVID hysteria has been election-related). Other than media nonsense about "cases", which are irrelevant, it's already a non-issue in terms of being a meaningul threat, and it will eventually go away on its own or in combination with vaccines and treatments that are imminent.

Structural Unemployment: Not sure what you mean here. Unemployment was at historically low levels (under 4%) pre-COVID and will return there as soon as blue state governors/mayors take their boot off the neck of their local economies. Trump's already proved to be a winner on this issue.

Deficit: I share this concern with you, but it's a bipartisan problem, and the Dems are worse, IMO. Anyway, Americans keep electing politicians from both parties who increase the deficit, so we have only ourselves to blame (on both sides). If a deficit hawk ran for office in either party right now, they would lose handily.

ACA: Doesn't matter what his policy is. There is zero chance of him getting it passed unless the ACA is first overturned by the Supreme Court (possible with Barrett) and/or Republicans get a super-majority in the Senate (extremely unlikely). Regardless, the current ACA, which is entirely a Democratic creation, absolutely sucks, and most people hate it. Maybe it's the Dems who should propose the fix?
