Two things:


I agree. I posted here that I didn't think the demographic of the turnout was knowable. I think that's where the pollsters made their errors. Supposedly the pollsters adjusted to add trump supporters vs 2016 but obviously not enough. The reverse may well be true in four years.

I'm surprised the total vote number is not larger this year. It looks like it might end up around 142 million, up only around 5% from 2016
