So make it a traffic-level misdemeanor and use the arrest to force the user


..into rehab. This ain't MJ we're talking about. It's a potentially lethal substance with serious health and dependency ramifications as well as a demonstrated catalyst for criminal activity. It's an absolute scourge in some areas of the country, including upper midwest where I have alot of family. Have had three cousins' lives destroyed by it.

There's alot of available real estate between " lock them all up as felons" and "let them take as much of it as they want"
