Curious as a teacher what you think of Adderall


I am not really a big believer in drug decriminalization in general, but just related to the meth debate --- I'm not sure how one can view Adderall as anything other than a somewhat less immediately potent (although still plenty potent) form of meth that we legally prescribe to millions of children (and adults). I'm not suggesting it isn't effective helping people focus better including kids in the classroom, but at what cost?

We seem fairly rudderless as a society right now thinking through these issues.
