Sarah Palin’s rallies in 2008 were just mini Trump rallies. Same gross people, same gross message, same white trashionalist undertones.

The Tea Baggers were essentially just the 2009 version of the 1/6 losers. They even had signs that said “We Came Unarmed…This Time.”

The whole Fox News and internet sewer bubble has been around, growing like a cancer.

It just wasn’t until Trump came alone that the nastiest fringe of white trashionalists were mainstreamed and legitimized in the eyes of the GOP establishment. Now rather than being the rubes Republicans trick into voting for them they just are the Republicans.

And the more the “media” strays off into unedited, un-fact-checked hot takes and idiotic opinion blogs masquerading as journalism, the more these creeps learn how to harness social media for psy ops and information warfare and hone their game, etc., the worse it will get.

One silver lining though: these sad, deplorable people are so angry because they know they’re dinosaurs and the proverbial comet has already hit. Just need to prevent a violent coup long enough for this trash to phase out.

It may be a while though and, unfortunately, our system favors them.
