Of course.

He has publicly stated repeatedly that the election was rigged and therefore should be overturned. It should come as no surprise whatsoever that he begged, cajoled, bullied, and threatened anyone and everyone to make this happen.

So sure he did it. The question though is, who has the political or judicial will to put his ass under oath and start the process of holding him accountable at long last?
