If there's correlation between half-measures and deaths...
why are four of the top five states and eight of the top 15 states for most per-capita deaths include some that were especially aggressive with their half-measures - NY, NJ, CT, RI, MI, PA, MA, NM? Dark-red Idaho's per-capita death rate is better than Virginia's or Minnesota's. Illinois and Iowa have running neck-and-neck in per-capita deaths for months despite having very different approaches to restrictions.
