Those employees will have to leave the medical field


That’s on them. All medical employees are going to be required to be vaccinated. I truly don’t think employees will be resigning en masse when there is no vaccine-free employment out there. That’s why the mandates are so important. If you want to be an outcast from society and live on your own, have at it. Otherwise, take a simple shot to protect your fellow Americans.

I was skeptical because I’d heard similar stories of police officers or members of the military resigning but there was no support to back up that claim.
