My reaction to your hypothetical is that I wouldn't care. Any such commission investigating her would be as rigged as the FBI investigation was of her -- "We found obvious crimes, but we choose not to prosecute". Yawn.

And, as an aside, no, I don't blame people like her, Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, Barack Obama -- or Donald Trump -- for fiery rhetoric that might be followed by violence. They have freedom of speech, and other people have freedom of action. Trying to tie them together is extremely dangerous -- it's an attempt to stifle speech, which is exactly the purpose of the 1/6 commission, BTW.

If you want to move into the non-hypothetical realm, however, you can look at the fact that ZERO commissions have been formed to investigate the year-long left-wing-inspired violence against our government that occurred throughout 2020. Or left-wing assaults on the Supreme Court. Or left-wing assaults on Congressmen. Etc. The 1/6 commission is nothing but a political show trial.
