IMO the estranged husband was ruled by his anger at that moment, and it did cost him his life. Obviously, getting up in the face of an armed man is not wise. All I’m saying is that if I were sitting down with the shooter just to talk about it, I’d say “brother, when you went back into the house, why didn’t you call 911 and leave the gun in the house? Nobody would be dead and you wouldn’t be looking at a stack of legal bills, if you just did that.”
