isn't enough if the military doesn't have the leadership it needs. However, the Ukrainians do have a vested interest in this. It isn't quite as straightforward an occupation as the US in Viet Nam or the Soviets in Afghanistan, due to the Russian population in Ukraine, but I'm hoping the Ukrainians wouldn't just roll over.

But as other said, I hope that Putin blinks. He has a LOT to lose if we go to war - maybe his rule if things go really badly.
