I do agree the CDC really screwed up with their announcement that omicron
was 73% of cases in the US a week before Christmas, and I'm pretty pissed about it. I let my guard down a little more during my holiday travels because of it - assuming that if I got infected it would be the milder omicron, when in reality it would have been much more likely to have been delta.
But I have a hard time seeing how that is Biden's or Klain's fault, unless you can present evidence that they pressured the CDC to say that (like Trump pressured the CDC and others to tell lies about COVID). Based on the (unfortunately inaccurate) information the administration was given, it seems they took appropriate action to manage inventory of a limited resource to where it would help the most. And then when the underlying info was revised, they took immediate action to correct the situation instead of refusing to admit a mistake.
There was no intentional lying, covering up, refusing to admit mistakes - all of which were the hallmark of your hero's COVID management. Again, huge mistake by the CDC with their 73% and I hope whatever caused that fuckup is getting addressed immediately (no reason to believe it's not), but it's amazing how you could support all the intentional lying of the Trump admin but then accuse the Biden admin of "blood on their hands" when they quickly took corrective action for an unintentional mistake.
