This seems to be an issue of CDC missed on how much Omicron has spread in
US. Apparently the supply distributed is based on the perceived need. Be interest to know how did CDC missed the Omicron distribution so badly. When the 72% number came out a week or two ago, even on this board, there were some surprised at how that number got so high so quickly. CDC should check that number multiple of times before releasing it. But I wouldn't be surprised Omicron is the prevalent strain now just hearing how many people are getting sick past week or so. A waste water treatment plant I work with apparently is essentially shut down now due to the spread of Covid within the facility.
