Same w Trump and Covid. Wrong place, wrong time. And look what happened to him when he bungled just about everything he could bungle (including just looking like a leader).

Dems are their own worst enemy right now IMHO. Infrastructure passed, but they seem to be swinging and missing on the other big planks of their platform (BBB and voting rights). Covid disaster right now that the admin doesn't seem capable of helping manage (nobody really knows what's going on, what to believe). Inflation hits working Americans where it matters most. Wages and prices are kitchen table issues, as is healthcare. Unfortunately, "CRT" seems to have crept into the discussion too.
