I'd reverse the order of that, and...

...inflation needs to be in the top three of any list, IMO.

Election integrity needs to be handled delicately. It should be a background issue that fires up the R base, but doesn't disincentivize them from coming out. When D states and localities inevitably attempt to violate election laws again this year, that's when the Rs should be screaming bloody murder, but a local approach might be better than nationalizing the issue.

The D's have no reason to come out in 20222. Their boogeyman isn't on the ballot, and their big 2020 "win" has delivered nothing for them. The last thing we need is to depress R turnout.
