If you want an actual waddabout deflection, Tom,...

...then I could easily point to the Russia Collusion Hoax or Ukraine Hoax perpetrated by the Dems and NeverTrumpers, which did far more damage to this country than Trump's election challenges, not to mention preceded his challenges. Or I could point to the Dems subverting confidence in the 2020 election prior to Election Day. Or I could point to the Dems challenging the 2000 and 2004 election results, subverting confidence in both. Or I could point to Biden, Harris and others -- literally yesterday -- subverting confidence in an UPCOMING election. And so on.

Whatever Trump did, it pales in comparison to what the Dems have done and are doing. That aside, whether you believe Trump had a case or not is irrelevant. (He did.) What matters is that he had every right to pursue his case, and so he did. It went so far because of all that had come before it -- not only the hoaxes I mentioned above, but the actual widespread malfeasance that occurred during the 2020 election with the judicial system's near-universal refusal even to hear cases adding fuel to the fire.

I'm not deflecting from the information in your original post because it was totally justified. I'm simply pointing out that what you think is breaking news, isn't. It was out in the open over a year ago.
