Plaintiffs and defendants must accept the ruling of the courts when all the appeals are completed. Whether or not they like the result.

Thanks again for posting this further piece of clear evidence of the Biden Admin’s acceptance of that critical Constitutional element (literally, it is a major ingredient of the glue binding the country together - agreement to be bound by and abide by the courts), contrasted with Trump’s complete disdain for and dismissal of it.
